Ela is a civil engineering graduate from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, with a strong background in real estate and construction. She spent eight years in public administration, resolving real estate issues, before transitioning to a construction company, where she focused on small infrastructure projects. Later, she worked for a bank for over two years, managing repossessed assets and real estate. Since 2022, she has been a full-time estimator. Born and raised in Berat, Ela loves the outdoors—hiking, camping, and traveling. She’s also passionate about opera, jogging, and martial arts, currently learning Taekwondo. A language enthusiast, she speaks English, Italian, and some French.
